My missionary experience in my homeland

My missionary experience in my homeland
First two days:
First of all I want to thank our Lord and Savior Jesus for this opportunity and also for making this Mission trip to Haiti a reality. I also want to thank all of you brothers and sisters in Christ at First Baptist Church and everyone else for your support and prayers.
As expected we are experiencing the hospitality of our Host and the Haitian people in general and we are grateful. The diverse personality of the members of the group and the willingness of each of us to blend and work together to bring the word of God to the people in Cap Haitian is a proof of how the Holy Spirit can transform and move us.
Sunday service was awesome. We were glad to see so many people at the church and they were happy to see us. Gary Gilmore, our leader, delivered the message and we strongly believe that the Holy Spirit was upon him. His translator was right on target and the congregation responded positively to the message he brought to them.
As we are preparing for VBS for the next four days, we ask everyone to pray for us so we can bring the world of Christ to the kids with bible study, games and some fun time.
Again we thank you all and ask that you continue to pray for us.
