Puerto Rico 2022 Day 2

 Hi,

Today we got up bright and early to be leaving at 7:30 AM. Our group was split into 2 smaller groups of 9 and we went to different locations, but we did the same things. We scraped paint off of the walls and ceilings. My team really enjoyed petting the dog (Negri) too! We then came home and washed up and then had chicken, rice and beans, fresh avocado, mashed potatoes, and salad. We then met on the roof to share our details of the day with each other and have our devotional and music. We collectively felt that we were given more blessings than any of the people we helped today. We all felt the Lord in the families we met and in each other. We prayed for and received strength from God to beat the heat and continue working. God also kept each and every one of us safe from the trials and tribulations throughout the day. We are praying that tomorrow goes as smoothly as today has and that we all feel the Lord as strongly as we did today.
