May we love as you do

Thanks to Tom for this beautiful prayer.  I stand with you - as I know many others do - in bending God's ears with these words.
Father…use us. Inject your spirit into us, and course through our veins to carry out your will, and your will alone. Drain my mind & body of all the garbage I hold onto, and give me a glimpse of the meaning of purity. Grip our hearts so tight that nothing else can enter. Fix our eyes on Jesus, and our hearts on the Haitian people. Unify our team under in your arms of love and grace.
May we love as you do.
Amen.
1 Peter 4:8 (amp) Above all things have intense and unfailing love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and [a]disregards the offenses of others]
